I just want to take a quick moment to express my appreciation for the service provided by Erica in formatting our Illiana contract. Quick, friendly, and accurate - I was very pleased with our ProQuotes experience.

During an employee absence, our office manager noted two PDF forms required for our State Titling Service that had to be filled out to receive titles back from the State. While the forms were very simple, filling them out by hand was very cumbersome and time consuming. (Who ever wants to write down manually the VIN for an automobile!) We simply called ProQuotes, discussed the forms including the information we needed completed on the forms, sent them a raw PDF of the forms needed, and within less than 10 working days had a simple desktop program installed (via an email link) which reaches out to our DMS system, retrieves the necessary information (based on stock number input) and allows us to complete a couple of fields to complete the forms. After one round of clarification/correction, the forms were perfect! Both forms are populated based on the stock number and our entries needed into a couple of fields. I was impressed with both the turnaround time and simplicity of the program. Much better than doing it by hand or having my office staff go to a dot matrix printer working out of our DMS. Thank you for the great service and ease of install and implementation. The time and cost savings are much appreciated!
